750ml bottle pours a clear sepia, no head, light legs. Acetic nose, apple cider vinegar, some sherry vinegar, booze, vanilla, caramel. Flavor has all that acid, pomegranate vinegar, apple cider vinegar, I suppose some starchy fruit is there, some vanilla too. Full bodied, acetic finish. Just too much acid. 6 2 6 2 10
