16oz can pours a translucent, sunset orange, with a little bit of fizzy head. Nose is nice, limey, straw, the yeast gives off a lot of character, stone fruits, some grainy notes. Smells like a stale IPA, but lacks any off notes. Flavor has lime, a little pepper here, some paper, a little starchy grist, some stone fruit, apricot. Finishes medium bodied, creamy.
