En flaske med mye smell, stort trykk da korken smalt, men ikke noe bruste over. Sursøt duft med en anelse sitron. Fin gyllen farge. Mye skum som sakte forsvinner. litt syrlig smak med en anelse søt frukt smak.

Cask at Sir John Oldcastle, JDW - London. Pretty average offering overall, but not bad for a Spoonies. Sweet pale malts pervade with notes of citrus and berries. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish with some grapes and bready pale malts. Simple, tasty.

Bottle at home. Has a clear amber colour and medium, off-white head. Fruity aroma with dried apricot, spices, bread and some citrus. More hops in the flavour along with some paint thinner. Slick and smooth mouth feel, and a light bitterness. A decent bitter but theres something strange in there that reminds of glue.

Clear blond colour. Citrus aroma. Plain and quite weak flavour. There’s a bit of fruity hops and a dry finish.

Cask at Wetherspoons, Finchley Rd, London. Spicy cinnamon biscuit aroma, with a zesty bitterness combined with an interesting maltiness that livens the back of the palette.

Cask @ Sheaf Island, Sheffield [181013]
Golden, clear, dense white head, good lacing
Aroma - Soft citrus zest, a bit mineraly
Taste of zesty hops, some bitter minerals, touch of yeast, sweet pale malts
Palate - Medium body, quite oily. Finish has some bitter zest, again a bit mineraly
Overall - Reasonable beer, but i’m not a fan of that mineraly tinge
