4oz pour at the Max’s Taphouse Beer Camp event. Zeke’s coffee beans stuffed into the cask. Pours a clear orange with some bubbly, white head. Nose has a ton of green bell pepper, some jalapeno, the malty Corruption is there too, some green coffee bean. Flavor has some distinct peppercorn character, green bell pepper, mild malt, mild coffee, a little simple syrup, some chewy biscuit. Vegetal finish. Coffee IPAs are interesting. They never retain any real coffee or IPA character.
