(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 25 Feb 2018) Amber colour with dense, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of apricots, crisp-bread and caramel. Malty, fruity taste with apricots, orange peel, caramel, a touch of resin and a balanced earthy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced IPA. Nice one.

Tap at Arendsnest, 21st Febraury 18. Pours clear, aroma is yeast and grain, although my head cold is kicking in now. Taste is grainy, malt, some bitterness and a little yeast. I like it, but is an unusual IPA.

Tap @ Brouwerij Rodenburg, thx to brewer Steve for letting us in even though they were closed. Clear amber color, short frothy head. Bit spicy hop in aroma, some caramel malt. Soft bitterness, some malty touch. Decent.

Tap at Rootz Winterbierfestival. Clear golden with white head. Sweet malts, dank wet hops, moldy potato peels. Moderate sweet and strong bitter. Medium body, malty oily feel. Soft carbonation.

6 3 5 2 10 Draft at Rootz Winterbier festival '17. Clear amber with a small tan head. Aroma of caramel, nuts and cola. Flavour is moderate sweet and light heavy bitter. Above light bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Rootz festival. Almost clear golden with off white head. Lots of caramel malts, sweet nuts, dank weeds, soft lime peel. Medium sweet and quite bitter. Medium bodied. It’s a bit unusual but I quite like it.
