Reviewed from notes.
Can to lager glass.
Appearance: pale yellow to slight copper color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: biscuity/bready malts up front with a super light floral to grassy hoppiness underneath
Flavor: pretty much copies the aromas from a sweet to semi-bittersweet sort of way; finishes with the malts
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; good smoothness
Overall: nice enough pale lager easy to drink and would be a decent one next to the grill this Summer.

16oz can pours a clear, dark gold with a ring of head that faded fast. Flavor is malty, honey, some bread dough, a bit flabby. Flavor is the same. Really needs a little hop kick or to be dried out. Maybe both. Medium bodied, sweet finish.

16 oz. can from Bier Cellar, Portland, Maine. Pours a mostly clear pale yellow-gold color with a white head and good retention. Decent lacing. Standard pale malt beer aroma. Basic pale malt flavor to match the nose. Very maro lager-like, with a softer mouthfeel. Not grainy. A straightforward every day lager. Medium-light body. Not bitter. Fine carbonation.
