Wheat beer aged on second-use cherries, raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries. A balance of sour and sweet. Cherry and raspberry notes pair with the subtly floral aspect of this light-red wheat beer.

32oz growler, pours a mostly clear purple with some ringing white head. Nose has a lot currants, cherries, clear strawberry, some Lambrusco. Flavor has mild juice, raspberry and strawberry, cherry, currant. The wheat base is chewy and prevalent and holds everything down. Honestly, if you had told me this was Hill Farmstead My Sister's Uncle's Mailman or whatever I would believe it because the base beer feels like theirs. Tart, dry finish.
