Tried a few sips of my girlfriends pint from the Shirlington location. Pours a translucent, nearly fluorescent ruby-purple with absolutely zero head. Smells of mixed, sweet berries, grass, a touch of banana and a touch of clove. Flavor was sweet berries, no tartness whatsoever, hay, light grains, and a little booze. Finish is a little flat. Overall, nice fruit beer. The boysenberries add a nice, ripe fruitiness without the sour notes of raspberries or even blueberries.
