A lightly hazed blonde saison with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity mix of mild ground cherry, light lactic notes, light Brett, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart mix of ground cherry, light lactic notes, light lemon notes, tart and zippy.

Bottled. Clear golden, small head. Funky, citric horseblanket aroma. Citric with medium body and rounded, spackling mouthfeel. Citric acid, horseblanket and hay. Mid bitter finish.

750ml bottle pours a dark, thick gold with some white head. Apricot and natural wine. Full bodied tart and dry. A lot of malt body but big stone fruit too. 8 3 7 4 13
