Faerie Offering is Belleflower's first sour beer and is a gesture of peace to the faeries. Pouring deep watermelon pink with a pale pink head, the aroma carries a berry medley with cherry and blackberry in the forefront. The first sip brings a jammy mix of blueberries and cherry alongside some tartness from the blackberries. Faerie Offering finishes clean and refreshingly tart just like its namesake.
