A part of the Braxton Labs Graduate Series - This latest edition to our hazy IPA portfolio is dry hopped twice during fermentation with a total of 3 pounds per barrel of Azacca and Mosaic hops, and exhibits loads of tropical fruit flavor...primarily mango, passion fruit, and pineapple. A late kettle addition of Cascade complements the tropical flavors with notes of grapefruit and orange. A mild lingering sweetness and creaminess due to the use of lactose in this brew makes the beer reminiscent of fresh fruit juice.

16oz can pours a pulp gold with some lacing white head. Nose has creamy grits or oats, melon, mango, a bit of booze maybe, some banana or schnapps. Flavor is sweet, but overly so, vanilla, almond milk, hints of chai spice, melon. Finishes creamy, low bitterness. 7 3 6 3 12
