Sampled at the brewery, looks like shit, muddy brown, not much head. Nose has BBQ sauce and booze off the top, some hints of raisins and dried cherries, dark candi sugar, lots of rail whiskey though. Flavor is very sweet, raisins, marzipan, cherries, boozy cordial, tamarind. Finishes sticky and hot finish.

4 oz pour on draft at Manor Hill Brewing. Dark brownish black with tan head. Aromas of dark chocolate, peppers, whiskey. Tastes of whiskey, dark fruit, raisins, dark chocolate, light caramel, light pepper flesh, some syrup and pecans. Medium body with a dry and slightly warm finish. Good in small quantities.
