330 ml bottle, #345/432 .. We did the entire Big Bang Willetts together. Aroma has plenty of Willet bourbon. The flavor has a nice amount of toffee and caramel to help balance the spicy Willett. Body and texture are smooth and medium plus.

Bottle shared with membership group. Cola brown, light viscosity. Aroma is strong caramel and bourbon, light spice and hint of grass. Taste is strong caramel, bourbon, late spice. Soft carbonation, finish as taste. Not complex but so well balanced.

330mL bottled 7/25/23, #345/432, drunk 7/26/25.
Clear amber-to-dark-chestnut. Small, dark beige head quickly to edge.
Round, soft, caramel-vanilla-toffee with a bit less spice from the Willett than expected. Tea, apple, sherry and a very light maltiness. Nothing too heavy here and certainly no alcohol or excess sugar.
Soft, malty, nicely dry on the finish with tea leaves, long, dry toffee and vanilla. Fruity and interesting with all kinds of fun complexities. Lighthearted and well-attenuated. Love the attenuation, complexity and no alcohol whatsoever. Lingering orange and rose water. Welp, we are about to be in for a treat doing the full series.
