4oz pour at Meridian Pint pours a transparent, deep gold with some cloudy white head. Nose is crazy, Islay scotch, salty, herbal, white grape. Flavor is sweet, herbal, lemon, thyme, sage, light candy, sugar, sort of weird. Full bodied, lightly sweet, astringent finish.
