Bottle, from trade with pinball. It pours a more or less clear body, dark golden in color, and topped by a small, diminishing beige head. Some dms and butterscotch on the nose, with caramel and expectation of a sticky sweet flavor. Caramel, apple-like fruityness, corn-like sweet and almost no bitterness. Medium body, quite sticky. Sweet, corn-like finish with a vague bitterness. Not very interesting, and not very good either. Boring and cheap. Original review text: Bottle, thx to Pinball. It’s a slightly unclear, almost golden beer with a small, diminishing, white head. Sweetish on the nose, with some butterscotch and a touch of DMS, along with pale malts and a fruity touch. Sweet, almost candy-like flavor with grains, some DMS and a little bitterness. Sticky-sweet, medium-bodied. Sweet, lightly bitter finish. It’s not awful, but it’s balancing on an edge. Unclean, but drinkable. (090228)
