Compendium presents a very balanced sour profile that ranges from tropical passion fruit to clean citric acid. A touch of oak, pear cider, apricot & fresh hay round out the flavor & aroma profile.

Dang delicious, lots of pear and apple flavors and funk. Oaky fruity hints. Elder pine kills lagers and wild ales too I guess! Super easy drinking.
