On tap at La Binouze in Paris, pours a lightly hazy, lemon yellow with some lacey white head. Nose is quite simple but effective, grist, some lemon, some lemongrass, some straw. Yeast. Flavor has some lemon and lime, a little herbal character, flinty. Finishes fairly dry, with some light bitterness that made it very easy to drink.
