Brewed with a grain bill containing 40% spelt malt for a fluffy body. Hopped with Ekuanot Incognito in the whirlpool and dry-hopped with Azacca & BRU-1 for prominent impressions of pungent tropical fruit, bright citrus and sappy pine.

16oz can looks the part, starchy lemon yellow with some creamy, sudsy white head. Nose is strange, plastic, industrial cleaner, some dusty grain, a touch stale. Flavor is way way off. There is a huge burnt plastic/industrial character, almost peated in a way, not much else. Finishes soft, mercifully. 5 4 2 2 6
