Hop Drifter is a concept. We will use a combination of three different hops in every batch, to appreciate how the beer Drifts in flavor and aroma. This beer will give us the opportunity to use different techniques and ratios of hops in different combinations. For the style we decided to do a Double IPL. Lager yeast fermentation is more cleaner, since it produces less esters than an Ale yeast. This gives the hops the opportunity to shine a lot more. Sit back and enjoy the Drift, Cheers!!!
