Poured into a stange, the appearance was a semi-clear yellow/gold color with some carbonation to be seen rising at a good pace to fill a finger’s worth of white foamy head. Falls off fairly quick along with the lace.
The aroma had some grassy hops, some bready/yeastiness and then some soap (uh-oh).
The flavor seems to stick to the same aromas and keep a certain sweet maltiness all along and running into the aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this was light bodied and definitely crushable. Very smooth all around and hitting against my tongue fairly smooth.
Overall, the soapiness is what’s noticeable and makes me not exactly want to give this another try.

Sampled at the brewery, pours a clear gold with some soft, white head. Nose has yeast, white grape, some grass, light malt. Flavor follows, mild honey, chewy grain, light lemon, a little yeast, mild soap. Watery finish. A good intro beer.
