8 oz pour on draft at Al’s of Hampden. Listed as GABAGOOL (W/ CAPICOLO -HOP TEST #1). Dark brownish black with light tan head. Aromas of dark chocolate, roasty notes. Tastes of dark chocolate, roasty notes, coffee, light licorice. Medium body with a dry finish.

On tap at the brewery, pours a watery black with some creamy, off white head. Nose has cherry peppers, meaty, malt, sausagey. WHOA. Flavor is crazy, lots of salted meat, porchetta, some peppers. Dry, spicy finish. Man, this one is crazy but boy, did they get the flavor of high end deli meat.
