8oz pour at The Red Hen DC. Pours a very hazy, grapefruit juice orange with some wispy white head. Nose of pithy grapefruit, some heavy herbal soap, some chamomile, a little tarragon, some straw, malt, white grape, unripened peach. Flavor is lightly sweet, lots of peach, some guava, white grape, some grass, some herbs, a little soapy, some wood pulp, almost a little wormwood. Dry, slightly astringent finish. Seems a little young. If this was bottled, I would buy a case and age this because I think this would be great with 6-12 months.
