Extra pale Munich malt for refreshing yet gentle bitterness in an American-style pale ale. Piney and floral flavours combined with satsuma and sherbert. Clean easy mouthfeel. Gold with medium lacing.

(Draft at Craft Beer Covent Garden, London, 18 July 2026) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, grass and bread. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, grass, pine needles, white bread and a balanced citric/piney bitterness. Medium body, dry. Refreshing, hoppy and quite sessionable. Nice one.

Keg at Craft Beer Co St Mary Axe. Opaque light gold. Foamy white head. Aroma is bitter and citrusy. Flavourwise it's similar. Some bite for a SIPA. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish..Nice.
