Kanel, est un porter baltique ayant séjourné en fût de gin de la Distillerie du St. Laurent auquel on a rajouté une belle dose d'épices dont de la canelle et de la cardamome pour en faire un délicieux roulé à la cannelle ("cinnamon roll") liquide!

A deep dark porter with a very thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with loads of cinnamon, dark fruits, alcohol warmth, very nice and rich. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate malt with dark fruits, cinnamon, alcohol warmth, light cacao, very nice and rich. On tap at brewery.
