On tap at the source. Poured a slight hazy yellow, with a small white head. Aroma is grassy, with a obvious lemon note. Lemon oil, and zest follow with a strong, but yet subtle ginger note. I loved how the ginger was present but didnt punch you in the face like the vast majority of ginger beers do. It was subtle, but mingled well with the lemongrass, and made for a very pleasant, and crushable quaff.

Flight. Lemongrass & Ginger 5.4% Semi-opaque gold with a good 1cm of foam and a lemongrass light ginger aroma. Light bodied cardboard and lemongrass with a splash of ginger. Ok. Ap 4 Ar 7 t 6 p 4 o 11
