Backlog December 2008. Hazy golden body under a small off-white head. Wek aroma of malt, fruit and yeast. Taste is sweet malt and caramel with fruity hops and distinct bitterness. Medium body and same aftertaste. Decent but nothing to get exiting about.

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with an orangey head. The aroma has notes of malt and citrusy hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, spices, and lemon, leading to a dry spicy finish.

batch 130, bbf 23.08.2009 unclear orange wtih a few small black floaties, large head offwhite. beer came out of bottle on its own, but in a controlled manner. mild sweet malty, also some smoked spices or plastic or licorice. flavor is bitter from spices or burnt plastic, licorice, sort of smoked plastic to it. ends bitter and slightly sweet. tastes like a smoked something. Probably something wrong with my bottle.

Bottle, #130, from trade with JensenTaster, thx a lot Ivan. It pours a hazy, golden-orange body, topped by a small, dense, off-white head. Caramel, malts, some alcohol notes, fruityness and a hint of yeast. Much the same going on in the mouth, it’s full-bodied and warming, with caramel, malts, some fruityness, and a nice bitterness towards the finish. Easy to drink and quite tasteful. (081229)

Hazy orange with medium off white head. Hoppy aroma with citric and malty notes. Hoppy flavour with citric, piney and yeasty notes. Somewhat warming alcohol towards the end. Not bad for a wheat.

Smallish white head over dark orange, almost brown, hazy body. Sweet malty aroma with vague citrusy peppery hops Not very strong aroma. Sweet, malty, peppery taste with a background of roastiness and some citrusy hop notes. Dryish aftertaste, faintly resiny. A bit cloying because of the sweetness, and lacking in hop bite. Feels a bit old, but still decent. [0.5l bottle, Eik Vin og Bar, Oslo.]
