Solid cider, nothing fancy. Fresh apple skins and light honey. Crisp, clean and refreshing.

Can that pours a golden colour with a fizzy head that dissipates quickly. The nose is nice with not only freshly squeezed apples, but some bready notes and hints of cinnamon. The mouthfeel is fairly dry. Flavours of the apples which are not really sweet, but just nicely fruity. A well-balanced cider that is closer to a regular one, in the last three ciders I just rated today.
