Gravity cask at One Inn The Wood, Petts Wood on 18th January 2023. Golden amber with shallow off-white foam and scant lacing. Tropical fruits and sweet citrus zest in aroma. Fruity and grassy in-mouth with citrus, herbiness and just a suggestion of smoke. A grassy finish with bitterness among its fruity undertones. Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel. Superb.

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol, October 2016. Deep gold in colour with a slight off-white, head. Aroma of stone fruit with a touch of leafy hop. Flavour had sweetish, biscuity, malts with some more fruit, before a moderately dry finish. Ok.

Handpump (@ The Flower Pot, Maidstone, Kent): Golden, almost clear, lacy smaller white head, moderate to solid fruity and bisquity nose, moderate sweet-bitter flavour, relatively full bodied; ślightly lingering bitter-sweet herbal hoppy finish with an illusion of alcohol in the aftertaste. Solid stuff…
