Cask, 4.4% at GBBF08. The flavour is slightly peppery as if it were stronger in alcohol. Other than that, there is nothing to say.

Cask (GBBF 2008) - Golden in colour. Light hoppy aroma with a bit of malt. Watery and thin at first, you can then detect some grapefruit and lemon. Fairly refreshing but has the potential to be much better.

Cask. Golden colour with small head, which leaves some lace. Flavour is citrusy and quite much of caramel and mild notes of not-too-sweet honey. Flavour is quite much the same along with some mild spicyness coming in as well as a nice grassy bitter dry finish.

Bottle, from Brewery, Derbs. Golden colour; thin white head. Malty, hoppy aroma. Citrus fruit flavours. Clean and refreshing with a nice bite and pleasing dry bitter finish. A definite country gent of a beer from the manor house.

BCA part of a Christmas present from my dad was a selection of Thornbridge Hall beers Had this over the New Year whilst down in Devon. Poured a Pale Golden colour, bit citrusy and hoppy good bite to this beer and decent bitterness levels but otherwise unremarkable.
