Beautiful light golden premium bitter traditionally brewed using only the finest quality of Stonehenge Spring Water, barley and light crystal malts, whole hops and the brewery’s own top-fermenting yeast. This dry and smooth beer has a hint of toffee, which compliment the citrusy and spicy flavours trailed by a lingering bitterness. A touch of magic and a hint of mystery are left on the palate.

Cask at Horniman at Hay’s. Gold, lasting white head. A bit startling with the fruit, like children’s lime sweets, bit of rhubarb and custard too. Not unpleasant, good condition, just startling as I say, some hop on finish. A bizarre lime grapefruit rhubarb concoction. Alarming.

Cask, gravity dispense at Merton Summer Beer Festival July 18th and 19th 2008 Pours warm gold with good clarity, fruity and floral aroma, maybe a bit sweet but some nice citrusy flavours zipping about, finish is dry, not bad.

Cask-conditioned at The Raven, Bath, 19/7/08. Deep golden in colour with a slight, off-white head. Aroma of hay, caramel and grassy hops. Flavour began with a touch of sweetness before fruity and dry hop flavours took over, leading to a decent bitter finish. Drinkable.
