Bottle 75cl. @ chris_o’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2008.Light unclear light yellow color with a virtually none head. Aroma is sour apple and pear. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a average duration and a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. (020808)

Bottle at Chris_o Pre GBBF Shindig 08. Thin pale gold, slight haze. Smells of cooking apples, like bramleys I would say. Fermented apple juice. Cool.
