750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Slightly hazed golden colour, thin white foam head and aroma of apple, ripe fruit, musty, funk. Taste is sweetish, fruity apple, fleshy, some skin, with orchardy funk, some acidity and drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry funky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
