Cask at GBBF 2011, Day 2. Pours hazy amber with no head. Rish malt nose, some fruit and cake. Messy flavor, light toast, soap, slight tang. Bland, mostly. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Fairly messy on the finish, and bland too.

Cask @ GBBF, 2011. Pours cloudy amber with a white head. Roast, ashes and fruit. Dusty. Medium bodied.

Cask@GBBF2011. Ambery brown colour with a small white head. Aroma is nuts, burnt sugar, caramel, mild bacon, some toasted notes as well as mild leathery and wooden notes as well. Flavour is being quite similar in a very nice balance. Quite toasted notes in the finish and aftertaste.

From cask. Pours hazy dark brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is roasted malty and breadish, toffee and caramelish. Bitter, dark malty and roasted. Bitter. Ends dry and bitter into the far finish.

Cask hand pull at GBBF. Hazy amber color. Aroma of smoked caramel. Taste has lots of spice and a smokey edge. Nice.

Cask (handpump) @ The Bath Hotel, Sheffield. Bedfordshire England S3 8GG.Clear medium to light dark amber color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, old tainted malt, peat - smoked notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a average to long duration. (Peat bitter). Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. (270708) 5-3-4-3-9 Cask (handpump) @ Southampton Arms, 139 Highgate Road, London, Greater London England NW5 1LE.Clear medium amber colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toffee. Flavour is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light moderate bitter with a average duration. Cask at Three Judges, Glasgow. A reddish beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, leading to a lightly bitter finish.
