American Ale yeast gives a clean crisp fermentation and allows a massive hop aroma. The New American Delta hops give a complex citrus, melon, grassy flavour and US Cluster hops add spiciness with Chinook used for bitterness and extra for floral notes.

Cask @ The Livery Rooms, Keighley. Clear golden with a thin head. Malts in its nose, but maintains a small dry hopped fruitiness in its flavour. It has a fair bitterness factor to it too.
