Cask (handpump) @ Hillsborough Hotel, Sheffield, Bedfordshire England S3 8GG.On RateBeer Sheffield "Valley of beer" Crawl 2008. Clear light to medium amber orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, honey. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long to average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. (260708)

Cask handpull at The Phoenix, Canterbury. Gold, thin beige head. Bit of toffee, bit of yeast. It’s an alright yeasty bitter with some character. Actually not bad, good character, some drying hop on end.

Cask. 4.0%. Almost clear copper colour, very small white head. Creamy flavour, quite mild. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh. Hint of yeast in the finish.

Cask. Reddish golden colour, small head. Aroma is fruits, wood and some mild notes of honey. Flavour is much the same along with slight toffeeish&fudgeish sweetness. Refreshing and easy to drink.
