Gravity cask at the 31st Tamworth Beer Festival, Assembly Rooms Tamworth, day 2 - 05/09/2025.
Hazed yellow orange topped with a thin off white head.
Nose is thin, mellow citric flesh, grains, soft malts.
Taste comprises sweet tropicana, melon, straw, lemon rind.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close splashed with modest hop bitterness.
So so.

[Cask at the Nags Head, Reading.] A cloudy pale straw coloured pour with a tropical fruit aroma; thin in the my with a weak tropical fruit squash taste; and a dry finish. Pleasantly refreshing.

Cask at EBF April. An unattractive hazy pale light brown. Thin foamy white head. Aroma is initially very sweet and fruity and sugar. Flavourwise we have a bitter streak with peripheral sourness. Citrus and stone fruit. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Pleasent if not fantastique.

Keg at the Brewpub. Opaque pale yellow with a white head. Nice flavour of pineapple, grape, lemon. It's a bit thin, and it could definitely used a little more malt presence, but it's tasty nevertheless. A decent session pale.
