With this beer we didn’t boil the wort! Instead, we pasteurized it at lower temperatures.
This method preserves proteins, keeping them intact and undisturbed by boiling. the result? A hazier, fuller beer with rich flavor.
Hops: Citra, Nelson Sauvin & Mosaic

440ml can @ Belgian Beer Geeks Winter Gathering. Misty golden yellow pour, white head. Gentle exotic nose. Pillowy soft mouthfeel and relatively light-bodied, airy exotic hop presence, citrussy undercurrent with a hint of lime, and a mild creamy touch. Ok.

1/III/25 - 44cl can @ Belgian Beer Geek Gathering (2025 Winter/Spring edition), BB: 18/II/26, canned: 18/II/25, batch #892 (2025-200) Thanks to ElManana+1 for sharing the can!
Cloudy beige blond beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: lovely, lots of citrus up front, pretty fruity, tropical fruits, juicy, oranges, mango, nice! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very dank, hoppy, resinous bitterness, piny, grassy, some citrus, grapefruit, very bitter. Aftertaste: bitter, a little watery, grains, unpleasant bitterness in the end, meh. Not a big fan, even if I usually like a good bitterness in my IPA’s, this seems to be a bit over the top?
