Ziemlich viel Hefe die durchs Glas wabert. Recht dumpf hefig und faulig fruchtig der Geschmack. Hinten raus etwas bitter. Wässrig. Trinkbar, aber ohne echten Genuss. Sehr enttäuschen, wenn man die anderen Biere von Riedenburger kennt. Selbst wenn man die ohnehin geringen Ansprüche, die man diesen Bierstil hat, anlegt. Es gibt ganz klar bessere leichte Weizen. Auch wenn die dann nicht Bio sind.

Bottle bought at a sausage stand at the Viktuelienmarkt. Pours a surprisingly dark, opaque, orange color, with a medium, bubbly, white head. The aroma is hay, light pine, bread dough, cloves, and honeysuckle. Sweet and yeasty, with a nice bitterness. Medium body, with a hard, sticky, and chewy palate. This is a nice, heavy wheat beer.

Thanks to kevnic2008 for that one! Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice huge head. Starts mild, malty, modest yeasty. A bit bready and more and more dry. Finish a bit boring. Okay.

Trübes goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht hefig, fruchtig. Geschmack leicht hefig, fruchtig, minimale Würzigkeit.

Hefiger aber wässriger Beginn. Leicht bananig, im Mittelteil gleichbleibend hefig-wässrig, süffig. Angenehehr milder Ausklang. Ein sehr gutes leichtes Weizen! 7/8/10/8/8/9

Bottled. A murky golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of wheat and cardboard, and so is the flavor, and the body is thin.

Bottle 50cl.Unclear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. (130608)
