(Cask at Cask Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico, London, 27 Nov 2016) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with apricots, toast, dusty hops and malt syrup. Malty, slightly fruity taste with notes of caramel, toffee, toast, apricots and a balanced bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Decent, but doesn’t really stand out in any direction. Quite enjoyable.
