Bottle. Pours an almost clear orange-golden body, topped by a small white head. Malty nose with some toffee and fruity hops. On the malty side in the flavor too, with a nice fruity touch to it, and a little cellar note in the middle. The finish has a balanced malty and fruity flavor, but is lacking some bitterness I think. Rather thin body. Would go down easily on a drinking session, and it’s quite quenching too. (080301)

500ml bottle picked up at Centra, Colosseum in Oslo. Hazy, amber body. Low-level head. Very moderate aroma of hops and malts. Dry hops and sweet caramel dominates the tasting. Firm hop bitterness in the ending. Could be a great session beer (enjoyed at home, 24.11.2007).

500ml bottle @ Cardinal. A bit hazy orange to red body with a small beige head. Big floral hoppy aroma, citrus, apple and hay. Flavor is malty I addition to the expected hops, fruity and a bit spicy. OK, this might be a bit one dimensional – but this beer IS summer and flowery meadow. It makes me happy and I want more.
