Tap at Diorama, Firenze, Italy. Pours intense red, transparent, with no foam whatsoever. Aroma is of cherries and red berries, a little vinous. Body is average, with limited carbonation. A hint of astringency and tartness. Taste is medium-sour. Final is fairly long and sour, more astringent at this stage.
