Czech Pale Lager, 11° Plato, 4.6% ABV.
Švýcarská kooperace. Celkem tradiční český ležák, hořký a tělnatý, mírně ozvláštněný a osvěžený českými chmely Eris a Pluto, které jsme použili na studené chmelení v relativně skromném množství, tak, aby si pivo zachovalo vysokou pitelnost a zároveň bylo doplněno citrusovým a lučním šmrncem, jež vzdaluje pivo nudě a přidává mu na zajímavosti.
A somewhat traditional Czech lager—bitter and full-bodied—slightly enhanced and refreshed with Czech hops Eris and Pluto, which we used for dry hopping in a modest amount. This ensures the beer retains high drinkability while gaining a citrusy and slightly grassy character that steers it away from boredom.

Draught (Sibeeria Tap Room, Prague) - Golden with a white head. Grass and some subtle notes of banana and apricot in the aroma. Hoppy and relatively fruity taste with grain, banana, peach and vanilla detected.

Tap. Golden colormwith thick white head. Aroma of grainy malt, bitter hops, light citrus touch. Taste is hop centered with bitter and citrus hops. Medium malty body. Moderate hopy bitter finish.

Ein Mitbringsel aus Brünn.
Die Brauerei Sibeeria hat ja schon einige unübliche Kooperationen in verschiedenen Ländern gemacht, aber mit der Schweiz kannte ich bislang nix.
Das Bier selbst ist wirklich ausgeweichnet. Genau so soll ein klassich gehopftes Lagerbier schmecken. Ein voller, runder Körper und ein fein-spritziger Abgang.
Klare Empfehlung von meiner Seite.

Tap at Maly pivo. Med-thin body, medium carbonation. Med-high bitterness, light sweetness. Solid grainy bready malty base, moderate grassy, a bit earthy hops character. Quite classic, easy drinking, very good. I can not help but wonder why is a collaboration needed to brew a totally classic example of the most traditional Czech style, but whatever lol.

Tap at Sibeeria Tap Room with Ryan. Lightly hazy pale golden body, lasting thick white head. Herbal aroma, slightly citric. Citric, lean taste, vague stone fruit (hm), resinous notes, sweetish, ending dry and bitter. Modernized Czech pilsner I'd rather say, and a good one!
