An inviting chestnut colour, malt aromas of biscuit, caramel and dried fruit, lead into a mellow malt sweetness on the palate, balanced by a sublime bitterness.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 12th August 2025. Crystal clear copper with shallow off-white foam and full lacing. Malty aroma with citrus fruits. Citrus tang in-mouth, over biscuit malts and notes of dairy cream. Fruity and lactic for the finish. Full bodied with a smooth, somewhat clingy mouthfeel.

Gravity cask at Pig’s Ear 2024 - Hackney. Pours clear copper-gold with a frothy, off-white head. Light sweet flavour with pleasant, subtly toasted biscuity malts, balanced leafy bitterness, accents of dried citrus. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation; great condition. Well balanced finish. Great bitter.
