Cask at Pig’s Ear 2024 - Hackney. Pours mostly clear, pale yellow with a fluffy, pure white head. Light sweet flavour with pleasant, biscuity pale malts, a little straw. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation; good condition. Balanced finish, some pale and lightly doughy biscuits, straw, accents of lemon peel. Very drinkable.
