Smile and wave got wood! Our high stem pear pet-nat was put into a scotch barrel for some time and came back quite differently. Much more tannins, wood spicy taste with a light body and persistent aftertaste. Enjoy, but don’t get attached, it is a small batch.

Bottle shared at work. Gyümölcsös, körtés, semmi meglepő eddig, összehasonlítási alapom nincs, így ez teljes mértékben szubjektív értékelés. Alulkarbonált, nem elég intenzívek az ízjegyek, a hordóérlelésből semmi nem mutatkozik.
