Sampled @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Slightly hazy, orange body with a diminishing off-white head. Aroma is nice and fruity with some kind of mild fruity acidity. Quite clean malt flavor with hint of caramel and light fruity. Seems to be an interesting beer based on the description, but I have problems to recognize those flavors. It’s OK, but to anonymous to stand out in any direction.

Bottle. Pours a clear dark golden color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty grainy aroma with some grassy hoppy hints. Sweetish malty grainy and slightly spicy flavor. with some hoppy hints. Has a sweetish malty spicy finish.

Bottle. It pours a clear, golden body with an off-white head. Boring nose, some grassy hops, a touch of pine, and malt and caramel. The flavor has a more pronounced hoppyness, with pinecones, malt and caramel. Also a bit boring. Medium body. Caramel and pinecones in the finish. A somehow strange beer, hard to understand and I don’t see it as an ideal food partner either. The biggest problem though, is it’s anonymity. Rating: 6-4-6-3-12-3.1. 080829
On tap at KØ-10. An almost clear beer, golden in color and topped by a small, beige head. Grainy nose with a fruity touch. Tropical fruits as well. The flavor has a nice sweetness with malts and fruityness. Short finish with tropical fruits. Full-bodied and quite smooth in the mouth. There’s some piney notes all the way, but quite subdued. A nice and easy drinkable beer, but a bit anonymous. 100506

100ml served far too cold at the Jacobsen/Carlsberg bar, EBF. Clear amber. Missing head. Sweet dark fruits to the nose. Some hints of spruce and pine in flavour, which feels a bit detained. Rounded mouthfeel. Not that exciting (12.09.2008).

Bottled. A pale amber beer with a nice tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel and dusty hops. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, pine, dusty hops, citrus, and a light touch of elderflower and other spices, leading to a dry finish where both the caramel and the pine note carries thru. The body is a bit thin.

Bottled@RBESG Grand Tasting 2008
Light amber color, small white head. Some urine-hoppy, pine aroma. A bit piney, but mostly fruity, sweetish and not very bock like.

Bottle at RBESG Grand Tasting 2008. No real pine or bock-ness to it. Not a wonderful beer, poorish stuff. Some creaminess.
