Bottle shared at the house in Jackson. Really tasty cider. Pours mild hazed gold. Light to medium sweet flavour, with soft acidity, a little bitter apple peel, some earthy must. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Dry finish, mellow tartness, more apple peel. Sound.

500ml cork & cage from Press online. Pint glass at home. Hazy, honey gold, large soda head. Earthy, sock-y, toffee apple, soil, faint vinegar, the slightest oxidation. Earthy, leather, strong twang, moderate funk, browned apples, a touch of glue, strong acid, bitter veg, popsicle finish. Slight body, irritating carb, boozy enough. Interesting.
