280ml draught at Lord Nelson, Copenhagen. Missing head. Slightly hazy amber body. Quite solid floral aroma. Hoppy taste with notes of herbs. Dry yeasty ending that is not so well integrated into the brew. An easy going pale ale (01.08.2007).

Handpumped, 4.7% at Frederikshavn øl- og vinfestival 07. Cloudy orange colour. Almost no head. The flavour has some smoke and a hint of yeast. The smoke makes it quite süffig. Hint of green apple. Low carbonation and very high drinkablility.

Cask. Sweet aroma. Almost clear light brown colour. OK stable head. The flavour is sweetly hoppy. The hoppiness ending on a sour/uncompromising note. Low carbonation and thin mouthfeel.

Cask at Horsens Beerfestival. A bit unclear, orange-brown and without head. Malty and hoppy aroma, with fruity and piny notes. The same goes for the flavor. Medium body. Well-balanced beer, but not a must-have. Very quaffable, though. (061028)
