50cl bottle from Vinoble-favrskov foamed over slightly when i opened it. clear golden, huge offwhite head. aroma is very flowery, hoppy, hoppy-herbal, hoppy-bitter. quite hoppy, but not very intense, not much of a malty aroma but a little. perhaps a hint of honey? flavor is herbal-grassy-hoppy (not grassy and herbal in a bad way - i think it’s the hops), spicy, malty. sort of like an english pale ale. Some delicate bitterness like in an english bitter. sweet malts, but much in the background. You could probably drink a lot of this. Flavorfull for a 4.7% beer.

Cask at Horsens Beerfestival. Hazy reddish orange body with a medium off-whitehead. Aroma is moderate malty with a hint of fruit, caramel and hops. Flavor is rather straight forward malt, caramel and hops in a balanced and pleasant way. Nice session ale.

Bottle. Busy pearling amber, off-white creamy head. Bready, orangepeel, grassy hops, light strawberries - dry birchtree leaf finish. Medium body, fine sparkly. Pleasant and well balanced.

Pale amber, with huge, lacey off-white head. End of bottle full of UFO’s. Hops (c-hops), a bit grapey, and very, very little malts. Maybe a bit more restrained hops in the taste, but still pretty hefty. This is rather an IPA, IMO. Grapey, flowery. Sticky, nearly hop-oily; medium bodied. Pale ale - in Denmark these days means less Indian than IIPA... Many thanks to the generous brewers!

Hand pumped at Københavnske Øldage 2007
Hazy blond color. Light hop aroma, citrus fruits, yeast, some malt sweetness, light yeast fruitness, too much of a yeast footprint unfortunately. Quite bold bitterness.
