Saaz Brew er brygget udelukkende på dansk-produceret lagermalt og humle.

Humlen er den tjekkiske Saaz, der er en af verdens fineste og dyreste humlesorter.Det er i øvrigt humlen, der har givet inspiration til navnet.

Bottled. Deep amber colour, small head. Aroma is hops, malts and spices along with some grassy notes. Flavour is very much the same along with some mild notes of alcohol.

Dark brown colour wtih medium beige head.Aroma is tosted and weak malty,light tone of caramel and burnt bread.Medium body and malty finish.

Bottle at Chris_o Pre GBBF Shindig 08. Rich red/brown colour with thin beige head. Syrupy malty, good sharp hop on finish. Decent dunkely beer.

(Bottle 70 cl) Clear dark orangey brown with a small off-white head. Sweet aroma of roasted malt and burned caramel. Quite full-bodied with a very solid roasted malt base, notes of dark rye bread and burned caramel. Dry and lightly bitter finish. Very solid and pleasant. 020808

Draught @ Ølfestival Aarhus 2008. Clear medium to dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, nutty, chocolate, light alcoholic. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. 5-3-6-3-12 (170508) Bottle 70cl. Clear medium red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, nutty, straw, caramel, dusty, light hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, and a dry nutty finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. 6-3-7-3-13 (170708)

Draft at Ølfestival, Århus, 2008. A deep red beer with a thin brown head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel, and so is the flavor combined with a roasted note.
